Town Square Café is on the corner of Fourth and Main Streets in the historic downtown of Sutton, West Virginia
 Owners,Tamara Chaves Cicogna originated from Bolivia a former long time resident of both Gilmer and Upshur Counties and Bob Pirrung of Carnegie, PA purchased the three-storey Board of Education building, which has more than 12,300 square feet.
 
"Because we wanted to move our ceramic business from Washington Pa., we were looking for enough room to have a retail store and a creative studio. Fortunately were able to buy the building for a good price, we could afford to do the extensive renovations it needed," Tamara said
Bob feels a bond to the building because W. H. Lee from Carnegie, PA had built it. The 1900 building was originally used as the W. H. Lee Wholesale and Retail Hardware and Furniture Store, which was one of the largest businesses in Central West Virginia.
 
 
Bob and Tamara operate Town Square Café in the downstairs corner of the building and CONTROLED EXCENTRICS Creative Art Studio on its third floor and a retail wharehouse on the other half of the first floor .
The second floor is being develop to be used has a multiporpose room for craft sales , parties and art gallery.

Controled Excentrics is a wholesale art supply and an open format public creative studio, where "no artist left behind."
People are invited to experiment with a variety of crafts including pottery, stoneware, beading, soap making, glass fusing, porcelain, gallery glass, lamp shades,porcelaine doll making, candles, mosaics and painting.
Use of equipment (such as pottery wheels , t-shirt press, art tools, etc.) is free.
 Students only pay for the supplies they use in their projects (cost of equitment such has use of kilns that require use of utilities is included in the cost of the materials). "
We have one rule," said Ms. Cicogna. "People aren't allowed to interfere with the art of others. Each person's art comes from within."
The couple operates a retail art supply store on the ground floor of the building.
The building has the grand feeling of an art gallery.
 Town Square Café has made it our mission to share local, national and international masterpieces by up and coming artists, musicians and culinary artisans with the community and visitors of Central WestVirginia.
In order to celebrate and facilite the artistic endeavors of the many creative people in the world, Town Square Café hosts art shows, demonstrations and musical performances throughout the year, highlighting different mediums, artists and themes.
